Our guests appreciate the convenience of staying across from the Whistler Market Place which boasts; liquor and grocery stores, Starbucks, restaurants and several shops. All of our homes at Glaciers Reach are a ten minute walk or a free shuttle ride to the base of Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. Everything that Whistler Village offers is at your door step, along the picturesque, cobble-stoned village stroll.

Features of this home include a 40 inch TV/DVD/cable, CD player with IPod doc, AC, gas fire place, heated year round pool, shared sauna, free underground parking and high speed internet with Wi-Fi. This vacation home sleeps a maximum of four guests but two is recommended. The bedding consists of; a queen bed and a queen sofa bed.   This condo was well equipped and satisfactory for our week of early skiing days. We’ve stayed in Whistler for 39 years and have enjoyed many types of accommodations. This was the furthest from the lefts, yet it was so convenient to the bus shuttle that we enjoyed the extreme ease of the free shuttle daily, very convenient! . The bed was small but cozy, kitchen well equipped, although very noisy dishwasher. The fireplace was extremely noisy also, although it was slightly dated, it served out purposes. I mistakenly thought there was a view, but it was in a private corner of the development. The bathroom was tiny, in need of an upgrade, and glad we were only two people because 4 people wouldn’t have worked at all! Enjoyed all the games and tea provided by the owner. There was a “pink” mold line around the base of the shower curtain -didn’t like that ... but, it was quiet and private and it’s saving grace was the daily sweet hottub right outside the entrance...a nice and convenient touch.

  Overall clean and nice. Groceries and shuttle stop across the street so that's good. Equipment starts to wear out - chairs a bit broken (I temporarily fixed); fireplace vent sounds like it's about to take off which means that it's hard to leave it on for the night if you prefer silence (nothing else to warm the place up); dishwasher is very noisy as well.

  I was very pleased with the location of this home, as it is across the street from a main shopping & restaurant center. Very convenient for walking and Whistler shuttle stop is right next to the complex. The hot tub was 104 degrees and ready to use. It was perfect for the cold nights. The condo was clean, well appointed, and had everything I needed.
  The parking garage under the complex was perfect and I was able to park directly below the unit for easy access.

  The apartment had everything we could need for a very comfortable snow week.
  
  Imagine a place where you can walk to any of the 2 stations (Whistler/Blackcomb) within 10 minutes going trough the most charming places in Whistler. Then come back after a hard day of skiing/ riding and finding a hot tub always ready for you and your friends.

  The apartment was in a great location and offered all we wanted. It was well equiped suited close to the main village and therefore shopping was made easy. Kitchen was contained all the utensils we required, the bed was very comfortable. It did have its own hot tub but we did not get around to using it. Given that there is no person to great you upon arrival a set of detailed instructions would be very useful. We found someone in the complex who phone the manager for us. The manager was very obliging once contacted.

  Had a great time in Whistler and the room was just right for the two of us and walking distance to everything. I do wish there would have been a way to pay for a room on the top floor or just to have been able to choose the room period. We were handed a room on the first floor of the backside of the building in the alley and would have been my first choice for privacy reasons as well as not having s view. But overall it was great.

    Hi Justin, some of our one bedroom homes have a hot tub on the third floor. This home has the hot tub on the ground floor. It is in a quiet and secluded back corner of the building surrounded by trees and near the Valley Trail. The Valley Trail is a pedestrian walk way and bike path that links up the resort, personally I would never call it an alley. Trev (manager since 1999)

  This accommodation was ideal for our stay. The village facilities were within easy walking distance and the hot tub and jacuzzi bath were much appreciated after a long mountain trail walk or a walk around the lakes.
  We agree with others that the instructions for finding the rental could be much improved, but we were lucky to find a person who was working on the complex, and he was very helpful.

  I had to sleep on the sofa bed with my son and this was the worst two nights sleep I have had due to the lumpy mattress and feeling the springs, even my son kept commenting on it. I had no sleep and my stay was ruined due to this

    This couch is less than a year old and a very nice leather couch. After seeing this review I took a closer look at the mattress and I have to agree that it is quite poor.   We stayed at #83 and it was just perfect. Warm and cosy when we got in from the snow, lovely and clean and had all the amenities you need, even the kitchen was stocked with spices for cooking. The bed was so so comfortable and again really clean. The hot tub really made it and was so relaxing after a day of skiing. Location was perfect just a short walk from the Whistler Village, honestly I couldn't fault this place, our home away from home.

  My husband and I had a great stay in Unit #83! while it is a bottom unit with not a lot outdoor light coming in, the unit is newly remodeled, bright and sunny inside with great lighting! It was well stocked with basics and the private hot tub perfect! Trevor was reachable as needed one time. Our only negative is the check in directions, they should specify you cannot drive to your unit, you will have to walk to find it. Then get the keys from the unit & go to the garage and pull your car in to unload in your space. the maps lead you to believe you can park by the unit.
