Our guests appreciate the convenience of staying across from the Whistler Market Place which boasts; liquor and grocery stores, Starbucks, restaurants and several shops. All of our homes at Glaciers Reach are a ten minute walk or a free shuttle ride to the base of Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. Everything that Whistler Village offers is at your door step, along the picturesque, cobble-stoned village stroll.




Some features include a 40 inch TV/DVD/Digital cable, CD player with I Pod dock, small BBQ, TV/DVD in master bedroom, air-conditioning, gas fire place, heated year round pool, shared sauna, free underground parking and high speed internet with Wi-Fi. This vacation home sleeps a maximum of six guests but four is recommended. The bedding consists of; a queen bed, two twin beds that can be joined into a king at guests request. This unit was well situated straight across from the village with easy access to shopping, restaurants and activities, as well as all the amenities supplied within the unit were great.     My business partner and I have an annual planning retreat for a few days a year. This year we decided to head to Whistler and ended up staying in this great little unit in Glaciers Reach. The location is absolutely perfect. Steps from the village, the Marketplace, restaurants, etc. The unit itself is clean, quaint and cozy. It has a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room with a pull out couch, and a great patio with seating and a hot tub. The bedrooms are small, but the beds are comfortable, with a patio off the master bedroom. The complex is lovely, with lots of greenery and a small pool and recreation area. Lots of great information on Whistler in the unit and internet was easy to connect to (which has not always been our experience. The unit was perfect for our needs. I also appreciated the easy booking, follow up emails with directions and codes necessary for arrival. Everything was seamless and we would stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

    Great location on the edge of the Village, close to all amenities but without the noise. Comfortable accommodation with two balconies; one for enjoying sunshine, the other more private with your own hot tub. Life is Good!

    Overall, we had a great time at Whistler. The condo was in a great location and accurate with its description! It was right across the street from the north village and right on the bike path to get you peddling to start your day. Loved our time at whistler and the condo helped facilitate the enjoyable stay.

    Unit 31 at Glaciers Reach was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The location is excellent, especially if you have kids (across the street from the IGA and playground). During our stay, the TV stopped working. We emailed Trevor late in the evening. He was there first thing the next morning to check it out and a brand new TV was installed by the afternoon. Amazing!

    Loved the place, perfect spot. Very convenient. Never really needed to drive anywhere. Condo located across from the marketplace so very short walk to the grocery store. The village stroll is also right across the street so we can walk to all the shopping and restaurants in the Village as well as the ice rink and play ground which my two young kids loved.The base of Whistler was only a 10 min walk but with two young kids we drove up to the base which was only a 2 min car ride up the hill. Will definitely stay here again.

    Overall stay was acceptable. Unit was clean and roomy. Two major safety concerns. First is that the smoke detectors were disconnected as they were old and continued to go off for no reason. Having unreliable, 19 year old smoke detectors is not acceptable. Second is the hot tub was scalding hot and no means of adjusting temperature (and no thermometer to actually determine the temperature). Ended up hosing in cold water to make the hot tub usable.

      Thanks for the heads up. I had a black tusk fire and security go through this and other homes in early February. This home has new smoke detectors, new CO detector and a new fire extinguisher. Lets hope that they never have to be used. Trevor manager.

    It was almost everything perfect. At our last night there the jacuzzi's heat was turn off or had drop of temperature in 70%. Why this if we were just leaving at the next day? We missed a manager there or someone like that to help us with our problem. At all, it was wonderfull. I recommend.

    This apartment is in a great location. It is within easy walking distance to Whistler Village and it has secure parking. The owner is easy to contact and responds quickly to any needs. The hot tub is a bonus for those wanting to relax.
    The apartment was on the first and second floors and the steps were steep if anyone had problem with stairs, but it is across the road from the start of Whistler Village and all it has to offer.

    I staying at unit 31 with my 7 year old grandson. The unit was well equipped, lots of towels, and many more supplies such as dish soap, laundry detergent and other supplies than I'd normally expect in a vacation rental. The hot tub, off the living area was wonderful and the BBQ, on the upstairs patio was clean and easy to use.. The pictures do not oversell the unit, it's lovely. The only negative is the stairs but choosing this unit also gave us the few of both mountains from the master Ed room and hot tub/living area. Lower level hot tubs, facing the mountains, have no privacy. Glaciers Reach is across the road from Market Place plaza, with IGA, a liquor store, a drug store, bakery, MacDonald's, KFC and a Taco place among others and very close to the Olympic plaza. Trevor, the manager is very easy to work with, although we had no problems during our stay.
