  Great place, awesome location for our stay in Whistler. We come back nearly every year and try somewhere new. This was great for us. I’d say the only thing was - a very uncomfortable sofa to “chill” on. The seat is very narrow and the back is very big so you sit really upright and it’s not a good sofa to relax on unless you pull it out like a sofa bed which is what we did, but then you miss a lot of living area space.
  
  Also the stairs are very narrow so be aware of this if you have big bulky luggage. The enterance is just a door leading up narrow stairs to the living areas.
  
  The private hot tub was awesome. And the beds were very comfy.
  We also really appreciated some of the left over groceries that we could use rather than buying new things, like coffee filters, coffee and dishwasher detergent

  My family of four had a great stay. The location is pretty unbeatable...close to everything but just away from the noise of the village. We didn’t use our car at all once we arrived! The 2 bedrooms are on different floors, which was great for my girls who liked to get away and hang out together.
  
  The rental is definitely smaller than in the pictures but once in, it was fine.
  
  The patio on the main floor only has a small round table that just has room for four people to eat and no room for putting much else and be gentle with the screen ’s old and finicky.
  
  The upper patio with the hot tub has a beautiful view of the mountains! The hot tub was great!

  We had a good time at the rental (unit 91) with only a couple of issues. The general consensus amongst our group was that the tall square dining table with stools was very inefficient. A better solution would be to move the TV to above the fireplace and replace table with a rectangular one. It was just too crowded. The other issue was not really a problem for us but the owner might appreciate having repairs done. The main floor toilet ran constantly and the bathtub tap dripped constantly, wasting a measurable amount of water. Otherwise, all was great. Thank you.

  The apartment was easy to find and access, although the staircase is narrow and steep. The sitting/dining area is comfortable and there’s a big flatscreen TV with cable service and the Wifi is very good. The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There are plentiful items of crockery and cutlery as well as containers to cook in.
  
  A large washing machine and tumble dryer are provided in a cupboard beside the kitchen, reducing the amount of clothing needed for your stay.
  
  The bedroom on the kitchen level has a comfortable double bed and a hanging cupboard with some shelves and a chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. The bathroom is equipped with a tub with shower, basin with storage under and toilet.
  
  On the upper floor, the bedroom has twin single beds and, with the exception of a hanging wardrobe, has no storage at all. The associated bathroom is similarly equipped to the other one. There’s an outside hot tub on this level.
  
  Overall, the apartment is comfortable and adequate for four adults. There is a bed/settee in the lounge area but it’s use would make the apartment really cluttered.
  
  In general the apartment feels really tired and in need of decoration and re-furnishing. It is well situated for access to Whistler village and a reasonable walk to the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas.

  We had a great stay at 91 Glaciers Reach! We enjoyed the hot tub and the balcony. We didn't realize the second bedroom was up a set of stairs, but that was fine. It made for separate quarters for two couples. The location was great for going anywhere in the village. The communication was also very fine and we appreciated the underground parking. We did not take our car out! There are plenty of restaurants and a big grocery within walking distance. We only wished we had longer to stay at this place.

  Main bathroom not clean - bath had a dirt ring and had not been cleaned
  all surfaces dirty including blinds - i understand that there is building work going on but this level could not have accumulated in only a couple of days - i can only deduce that the rooms had been cleaned weeks before ,not used and then just opened up for us with fresh laundry put in then

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Whistler. There for Ironman, the location of this unit is perfect. It is across the street from the Village and everything is within walking distance. The unit was clean and the 2 story layout made it perfect for a family of six. We had a few minor issues (sink did not drain and extra linens were not left in the unit) however in contacting the "landlord" problems were addressed immediately. I highly recommend this rental.

Being just on the outside of the village across from the marketplace meant a nice stroll through the village for dining and entertainment and was relatively quiet. We even had an umbrella at the door which came in handy as it unfortunately rained the entire weekend. It was certainly nice to come home to a hot tub after being out!   The location of the property is very convenient for grocery and beer/wine shopping, and an easy 10 minute walk to the centre of the village. The instructions for access to both the unit and parking were very clear. The unit itself was quite satisfactory for our family of 4. The kitchen and washrooms were well provisioned. There were a number of stairs to climb to both the first level and then again to the second level with the second bedroom and washroom; however, we considered it good exercise. There was no view per se from the unit due to trees and the seating arrangement in the living space was a bit limited and awkward for viewing the TV, but the gas fireplace was a nice touch. We didn't use the hottub or pool. The parking space was fairly narrow so beware if driving a very large vehicle. All-in-all good value.

  #91 Glaciers Reach is in a convenient location, just 10 minute walk up through the village to the mountain bike park, gondola and lifts. Easy access to Village Trail and Lost Lake Trail. Accommodation itself is clean and well equipped and the hot tub is private on the 2nd floor balcony. Can be a little noisy at times during the summer evenings and often can hear buzzing of other units' hot tubs. This was our second visit to #91 and it felt like coming home this time. If we were to come again it would be nice to have more comfortable mattresses in the top floor bedroom.

  What a wonderful place. Perfect getaway - a home away from home. Very clean, well equipped and met all our needs and requirements, it even had a magic bullet. Trevor the Manager was very helpful and accomodating. We were 2 families and truly enjoyed our little vacation and we definitely will be making this a regular spot for our little breaks. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. If there was one thing that I could suggest would be that the check out time be shifted to 12 noon, especially for families that have children, it turns out to be a mad rush in the morning. Other than that we would rate this property as a 5* .

Only two minor hiccups... on reservation we had indicated we wanted the upstairs bedroom setup for a king (instead of the two twins) and it wasn't done on arrival. We also couldn't figure out how to set it up as the frames didn't appear to allow this setup. We all found the beds to be very uncomfortable and would suggest the owner invest in some new mattresses. Thankfully the hot tub helped the mornings after. Kitchen was very well stocked and had all the amenities you could hope for!

  First time there and this condo was perfect. It is in the best location. right across the street from everything. It was ready and very clean when we arrived. We booked online and everything went smoothly, did not have any problems so we did not need management at all. I would recommend this place, it was very quiet and peaceful, sitting in your private hot tub after along day was the best way to end a day. The only complaint I would have is the parking. The spots are very small so if you have a big car or truck it is not very easy to move around in the garage.

  Picked this complex because of the proximity to the village and Ironman T2/Finish line as we were volunteering there. It was perfect! Unit was clean, no parking issues (we had 2 cars) and management was great to work with. A few minor things were not working but completely understand that during this crazy busy weekend that they were not addressed. One thing about this complex - it has a great deck. Friends who were at other complexes had small decks. We spent more time out there than in the living room. Note: there are a LOT of stairs. #91 is not friendly for anyone who has mobility issues.

However, families who would want their children on the same floor should seek a different rental or for adults with mobility issues.   This rental property feels like a home away from home. It is conveniently located across the road from Marketplace. It has plenty of room and a very private hot tub. The property has 2 levels, with living space, kitchen and one bedroom on the first level and another bedroom on the second. Both bedrooms have bathrooms which is great. The kitchen is well kitted out. The property does have a steep staircase and is also close to the road if these are concerns. Trevor who dealt with our reservation was fantastic, and nothing seemed a bother to him. He is very professional and obviously very good at what he does. I would not hesitate to recommend this vacation property.

  We went here to celebrate my girlfriends 30th birthday, and we had three requirements - a private hot tub, fireplace and close to the ski hills. Looking around Whistler it didn't seem like we'd be able to afford it, until we came over Glaciers Reach! Great location, clean, as lovely as it looks on the pictures (and the beds are very comfortable!), fitting our requirements and affordable! We lost our car keys on the hill and the manager was very understanding and extremely helpful, even got in touch with somebody to come unlock the car so we could get our shoes (you can only walk around in ski boots for so long) until we could have a key cut! He didn't mind us checking out late due to all our problems - which actually turned into us staying another night! We will definitely stay here again!
